- How do I return or exchange an item?
Kindly take note there is no exchange or return for preorder-items once order has been processed by our team. Please make sure you have check the item before checkout from the cart.
If you have any questions about the products, please email or facebook message us for any further assistance before purchase the item online. (Eg: Need advise on clothing sizes / products details / material etc)
- What do I do if an item from my delivery is missing or defective?

- How soon will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be done via the initial payment mode and may take up to 7 working days. Please note that refund amount is subjected to conditions of the products.
Note: Kindly facebook message us for speedy responds. Emails will be taking 1-2 working days to respond.
BUT, there is some of the below conditions is accepted to be exchange or refund!
“When the product is still unused, but you find it wrong or defective.”
If the product you have purchased is unused but faulty, damaged, you are able to ask for a refund or exchange.Under this situation, we need you to wraps back the item back into parcel and we shall arrange the return delivery.
Note: Kindly make sure you report the problem within 1-3 days after you receive. Item that putting too long found defective would not be accept any exchange or refund.

- Kindly send us clear pictures or videos of the product you have received by email or facebook message us and state the problem you have encountered clearly.
- Once we have received your parcel, we will arrange your refund/exchange as soon as possible.
For products that have already been used, we don’t provide any warranty. However, 3C products we have include a 7-day warranty after receive the items.
